Vacancy for freelance Co-ordinator
EUROPARC Atlantic Isles, is a section for the UK and Republic of Ireland of the wider EUROPARC Federation, it is the only organisation in the UK that brings together all those involved in protected area management in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Republic of Ireland including National Parks and Landscapes, government agencies, academia, and NGO’s. It draws on the wealth of experience and expertise from the wider EUROPARC members across Europe and the wider world, to increase knowledge, innovation, and the continued sustainability of European protected areas.
We are looking to recruit a freelance coordinator, on a rolling three-year contract, to help us look after our network of members and services we provide to the UK and Ireland family of protected areas. It is a great opportunity for a confident communicator, networker and self-starter with an appetite for new cultural experiences to develop learning and knowledge sharing opportunities and projects with colleagues in the UK and Europe, making a real and long lasting difference to how protected areas collaborate and look after these special places.
